What we collect

When you start a project, we collect the contact details, garden information and files you choose to send. We also record the page and campaign information connected with the enquiry so we can understand how people find us.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond, assess suitability, prepare surveys and proposals, prevent abuse, and keep an appropriate record of project conversations. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interests in running and securing the studio.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry records are stored in our secured Supabase project. Uploaded files are private. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers needed to operate the website. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised after 24 months. Project and financial records may be kept longer where required for contracts, warranties or law.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner. Use the project form and choose Care & support to contact the studio about a privacy request.
